With our vegetarian food being so popular among our guests, we have always dreamt of growing our own vegetables. So we have started baby steps towards our big veggie dream and although we are not able to grow all the produce we require at the moment, we do use our own tomatoes, lady fringers (okra), brinjal (auberjine), spinach, mint and chillies!
The other day, we managed to harvest a bunch of spinach and mint leaves (it smelled sooo good) and Chef Raj whipped up some fresh mint chutney for dinner!
Although we don’t have a picture of the mint chutney, here’s a sneak peek into our small harvest!!
