We have taken an Indian twist to a recipie from Vietnam and created our own veggie rolls. We served this as part of our salads last night and it’s a perfect way to pack all the good veggies into your system with one big bite! Our chef has added few toasted peanuts as well to give it that extra crunch, yumm!!
Eating these rolls dipped in a homemade sauce makes it all the more deliscious! We served it alongside sweet chilli sauce 😉
